To create a Windows installer:

1. Copy EventSelection.py, tkinter_error.py, INSTALL.txt and tsunami.ico to here
2. Right-click on EventSelection.nsi and choose 'Compile NSIS Suite'

This should generate EventSelection_x.x.exe.  You need to have installed
the NSIS system (from http://nsis.sourceforge.net).
