Hardware - parrallel, testing number of nodes (cairns,template)
Linearregression -calculates estimating equation constants, the major variables experiment (testing number of triangles, time length and number of file writes)
Parameters - testing input variables: time length and time step, also includes a nothing run
Scenarios - testing different scenarios (tests that change initial conditions/ boundary conditions)  includes the depth of the water, percent of map covered by water and the velocity of the water flowing through the map
Triangles - testing different meshes includes the mesh created from regions (set bounding polygon) and the mesh created from the rectangular cross method (set matrix and map size)
