Run order

1. Run xyz2River2DBED.py first. This creates the River2DBED file called River2D.bed

2. Then u can import this bed file into R2D_Bed.exe to do edits to your DEM

3. If you have no edits to do or have completed the edits, then run the River2DBED2csv.py to convert
this file back to a csv.

4. Then run the script Convert_Csv_Pts2NetCDF_DEM.py to convert the csv to a NET CDF file for use in ANUGA
