test all on cyclone is creating large files and not finishing. just updating anuga-core\source\anuga
4535 is bad. 4490 is bad 4470 is bad 4456 is bad 4455 is bad 4454 is good (other errors though, as noted in log) 4452 is good 4450 is good 4418 hassels compiling triangle stuff
So the refactoring of writing sww files is causing problems on cyclone.
