Modify "get_maximum_inundation_data" to use "get_all_swwfiles"

Description
data_manager.get_all_swwfiles finds all the sww files in a directory which contains a "base_name" string. This is very useful with parallel modlel runs.
If "get_maximum_inundation_data" could use this and report only the maximum result from a series of sww files it would be more useful. Similar to data_manager.export_grids
