Deprecate xya format

Description
Make sure all references to the xya format trigger a Deprecation Warning. User's who inadvertently use the xya format for large data files will currently get a memory error because blocking isn't used. Better to inform them about the reason.
Also check that the user guide reflects the use of csv/txt files.
