Description
It would be beneficial to be able to dynamically track the location of the waterline (i.e. stage = elevation) for analysis purposes.
Discussed at the 30-31 August workshop (cannot remember who identified this, but it has been noted in previous work with Rosh where he has investigated the runup value for a solitary wave on a planar beach).
