Curruntly components are very similar to Milestones. They should rather reflect another dimension. Examples:

  • Efficiency and optimisation
  • Appearance and visualisation
  • Architecture and compilation
  • Testing and validation
  • Interface(API)
  • Documentation
  • Management
  • Other
